Overview All products purchased from www.ruckstrap.eu are covered by a 14-day return policy in accordance with EU legislation. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Custom-made items or products modified to the customer’s specific requirements are exempt from being returned.

Initiating a Return To complete your return, please send a statement of withdrawal along with your order number to our customer support at info@ruckstrap.eu.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (in cases where the item shows clear signs of use or damage). If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.

Exchanges & Defective Items We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, send us an email at info@ruckstrap.eu, and we will provide you with specific return instructions.

Shipping Returns You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning more expensive items, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
